Health

I find it important to mention that health does not only mean physical health! It is both physical, mental and even spiritual health but let's now focus on physical and mental health. 

How you can influence on your health is:

  • if you take care of your body: do sports - to reduce stress and move your muslces, joints, bones, etc - and you pay attention to what you eat - for example no junk food. 
  • if you take care of your mental health: I think the best is if you meditate; go for a walk alone to think and be in the nature; be with friends; practice a hobby, etc.
